Dear reader,
First off, thank you for visiting this blog. Up until recently, I had never been a huge fan of them, so I wont blame you (too much) if tomorrow you decide it’s not worth the effort. But hopefully that wont be the case and I’ll become a daily necessity, as True Blood is for some.

So before I start ranting and raving about surströmming, Systembolaget, cobblestones, cloud berries, IKEA, etc., I suppose I should answer this question: why am I here? (don’t get too excited philosophy majors)
Once upon a time (2007) in a far away place (Vietnam), I met a Swedish girl who told me lots of cool stuff about her homeland. While volunteering last year on organic farms in Sweden (through WWOOF, check it out), I discovered biogas research at Lund U. that particularly interested me. I applied for a Fulbright scholarship and now I am here until June studying its production from kitchen waste.
