While away on vacation, I really missed havtorn juice. According to GoogleTranslate, it’s called ”buckthorn,” but I’ve never heard of it before. My flatmate said it was a juice that comes out more around the winter holiday times, so I’m getting worried that it will soon disappear from the supermarket shelves, just as all the saffron snacks have. I guess it’s a sign of more natural food import laws, when the grocery stores carry what’s in season. Anyways, it’s a good thing that the juice doesn’t have to be refrigerated because the other day I bought four cartons… I wonder if I could bring some through customs on my way back to the States…
