This is a dance aerobics class at Gerdahallen with Latin-influenced music. and this semester you don’t need to get a participation card to get in. I’d recommend it for a light-moderate aerobic workout and for those that don’t mind a packed room with a very energetic instructor who includes chest and hip shaking moves in the workout. I did break a good sweat and the music was fun, but I think I’ll stick to gympa and spinning, which are better leg strengthening workouts.
