I ate lunch at Hallands today for the first time. It’s a good place and I was able to get seconds since it wasn’t too crowded. Of the nations I’ve had lunch at, it probably has the nicest ambiance, with the high ceilings and windows. Close second and third are Krischansta and Lund Maybe this is because it’s not in the same place as the nightclub is… When I saw the foreman come in for their free private lunch after 1pm, I wanted to go up to them and to take better care of the bathrooms on the top floor, one of which always seems clogged (Tornakoren has our rehearsals there every week).
and last Friday at the sittning at Blekinska, I have to recommend them for good mixed drinks and music that did not disappoint. It seems far away on the other side of the train tracks, but I made it from my place near Martenstorget in about 15 minutes by bike. Maybe not the best place to go for dancing, as it has a reputation for being a more indie place, so people just stand around trying to be cool, but definitely a place to go.
