Skånes universitetssjukhus in Lund opens for vaccination of international students.
Students, even without a Swedish social security number, are now able to get vaccinated with dose 1 and 2 in Lund, Kristianstad and Helsinborg. Helene Holmquist from Region Skåne writes to Lundagård that students who have gotten the first dose in their home country are still able to book the second dose in one of the three cities.
– It’s really important that as many as possible get vaccinated against covid-19. Being a student from another part of the country, or the world, should not be a hindrance, states Maria Lindqvist, project leader of vaccination att Skånes universitetssjukhus when asked about the decision to open up vaccination for international students.
