On the tenth day of December we meet Prim Schaasberg, a 23 year old Life science and technology student from Rotterdam who managed to dislocate one of his knees on one of his first days in Lund.
If you didn’t have the major you have, what would you study?
I would like to be a professional chef, I like cooking, and I would take that up as a full time job. I’d break free from the academic stuff.
What’s the worst haircut you ever had?
The broke mullet! I’m not proud of that one.
I also went bald one time, but that was a thing in the Netherlands when Covid started; I do not know why. I had this shiny Magic 8-ball-kinda vibe.
What’s your best story from 2021?
One of my first days here, I started going out with a couple of friends, we ended up at this friends house.
My friend comes up running towards me like he is going to rugby-tackle me. I think I can lift this guy up and throw him up and dance to ABBA happily after, but the exact opposite happened. I get bombarded, fall on the ground and my knee get’s dislocated. Next thing you know I’m in the hospital for 8 hours for one x-ray, to be told that I only need som rest. I could have concluded that myself.
